BROTHERH00D NFT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP AGREEMENT
Effective Date: Upon Purchase of NFT
1. Ownership
When you purchase a Brotherh00d NFT ("NFT"), you own both the unique, cryptographic token recorded on the blockchain and full copyright ownership of the associated artwork ("Art"). This means you have the legal right to use, modify, and distribute the Art as you see fit, subject to the conditions below.
2. Rights Granted to NFT Holder
As the current holder of a Brotherh00d NFT, you are granted full and exclusive rights to:
Use, copy, modify, and display the Art for personal and commercial purposes, including creating merchandise, branding, or other business ventures.
Sell, trade, or transfer your NFT, with all associated rights automatically transferring to the new owner.
Use the Brotherh00d name for marketing and promotional purposes.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Use the Brotherh00d logos, icons, or official branding without permission, including for merchandise or other commercial ventures.
Owners may not create or sell merchandise that implies official affiliation with Brotherh00d or misrepresent their products as official Brotherh00d merchandise.
Use the Art in any way that promotes hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or violates applicable laws.
4. Transferability
Whenever you sell, trade, or transfer your NFT to a new owner, all rights to the Art automatically transfer to the new owner, and you lose all rights to the Art. You may not retain any rights after transferring the NFT.
5. Revocation of Rights
Your ownership rights are permanent and non-revocable, except in cases where the Art is used for prohibited purposes (e.g., hate speech, illegal activities). In such cases, Brotherh00d reserves the right to take necessary action to protect the integrity of the project.
6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
7. Future Changes
Brotherh00d currently operates as an independent project but may transition into a formal business entity in the future. Any updates to this Agreement will be communicated publicly.
